Summer bbq

These pictures are from about a week ago but its never too late to post. Got together last week for some swimming at the neighborhood pool and grilled some burgers afterwards. Afterwards we weren't satisfied so we also pigged out again with some Lucky Chinese Food. Finished the night off with a horror/thriller movie called REC 2 which is the sequel to REC. REC or Record is the original Spanish version of the American movie Quarantine.

Fiesta Fun

San Antonio is known for 3 things: the Alamo, Riverwalk, and Fiesta. Fiesta consists of a variety of festivals, parades, sports, and other charitable events. This year it was from April 2-17. I went to Taste of New Orleans Festival for the first time and to Market Square for Mexican. Taste of New Orleans was surprisingly delicious. Everything was fried! Didn't have room for everything, but I'd say for 2 people, we ate plenty. Live jazz band was awesome, especially the MJ tribute.
