Today was my 2nd time biking on the Santa Ana River trail with some friends and it was fun, a good workout too. It took us about an hour to bike from Fountain Valley to the beach(had to bike a couple of miles to get to the S.A. trail) which was about maybe 11 miles. Well a couple miles less to the end of the trail but we took a left at the end of the trail which led to Newport Beach. Destination: Seaside Donut Bakery for the amazing ham n cheese croissants and the delicious thai tea. I've been here a couple times after going fishing at Newport pier and have gotten the ham n cheese croissants but this time was the best i ever had, it was fresh and hot. There was this intersting ad for a stolen bike on the wall, theres a pic at the bottom. After getting Seaside goodness we biked down more on PCH and went to get some lunch at In N Out. We were all tired but we made it there. The cashier there was friendly but persuasive, he convinced one of us to get a 4x4 instead of a double double. After a fufilling meal we biked home. We left at 10:30am and got home around 3pm. It was the perfect day to bike, the weather was just right. There were a lot of friendly people on the way too, we even biked and talked to this guy for a while on the way haha. My bike chain came off maybe twice, had to put it back in place but it was all good. Yeah fun day today. Biking has definitely become one of my favorite things to do now, especially in summer. Can't end the post without pics right? Pictures-

best ham and cheese croissant ever.

ad for the stolen bike, this bike was actually my neighbor Jimmy's about 2 weeks ago until he sold it, we were surprised that this was the exact bike he had sold, feel bad cause whoever bought it only had it for 2 weeks and fixies are expensive too.
